Pool And Billiards Rules

In the US, pool and billiards rules are officially governed by the Billiards Congress of America, the BCA. The BCA represents the various billiards federations throughout the country. They decide the standards and rules for the different games as well as equipment specifications for the pool tables, cues, and other accessories used in tournaments.
